OUR STATE-OF-ART FACILITIES

Asian group has set up two ERW/HFIW pipes’ manufacturing units, namely M/s Asian Tubes Private Limited, at Ankhol Village, Taluka: Kadi, Dist: Mehsana, Gujarat and M/s Asian Mills Private Limited, at Chhatral, Dist: Gandhinagar, Gujarat, having state of art pipes’ manufacturing and testing facilities, with combined ERW/HFIW pipe range of 15mm to 500mm NB. These pipe units also has wide range of square & rectangular hollow sections. Asian group also successfully ventured into the C R Coils and galvanised sheet / corrugated galvanised sheet manufacturing activities at Chhatral, Gujarat. Today our focus and vision is primarily on the production of the highest quality steel products for our customers.

Recently, We have launched another unit as M/s Narmada Tubes Private Limited (NTPL). With addition of this spiral pipe plant in the Asian Group, now the Asian group has India’s one of the widest pipes’ manufacturing range of 15mm to 2540mm dia, under one umbrella. The spiral unit of M/s NTPL has under gone revamping / overhauling on war footing and has already done successful production of bigger dia pipes up to 2540 mm OD x 20.0 mm THK as per IS 3589. NTPL has already got BIS license of IS 3589 up to 1219mm OD x 10.0 mm. The enhancement request in BIS license up to size 2540 mm OD x 20.0 mm THK is already made to BIS authority.
